「埼玉新聞」に浦和レッズ伊藤涼太郎選手の介護体験研修の様子が掲載されました。

弊社が運営する「愛の家グループホーム春日部一ノ割（埼玉県春日部市）」で、浦和レッズに今年加入した伊藤涼太郎選手の新人研修が行われました。
この研修は、浦和レッズ様からオフィシャルパートナーである弊社にご依頼いただき実現したのもで、浦和レッズの選手が介護施設で新人研修を行うのは初めてです。伊藤選手は、体操やボールを使った運動に参加したり、利用者さまと積極的に会話を交わし、同ホームでの仕事を体験しました。

押野ホーム長は、「伊藤選手と一緒に脳トレ問題に参加していただいた利用者が、いつも以上に熱心に取り組んでいる姿に驚いた。会話が楽しかったのか、みんな笑顔が多かった」と話しました。

伊藤選手は、「初めて介護の仕事に触れたが、楽しかったし、人との接し方を学んだ。この体験をサッカーに生かしたい」と話していました。
