アンサンブル浦和で、無料昼食付の介護予防教室を開催いたします。

弊社が運営する介護付有料老人ホーム「アンサンブル浦和」で、介護予防教室を開催いたしますので、お知らせいたします。

今回開催する介護予防教室のプログラムは、理学療法士監修による「座ったままでできる転倒予防体操」や、栄養士考案の「健康的でおいしいお食事」、「足湯や各種レクリエーション」も体験できます。
さいたま市、川口市在住の65歳以上の方を対象とした地域貢献及び介護予防支援活動として実施するため、対象の方は無料で参加することができます。
「東川口駅」または「浦和美園駅」まで無料送迎をいたしますので、ご利用の方は下記番号までお電話ください。
