Nursing care in Japan is said to be among the best in the world. The reason for this is that it has the highest proportion of elderly people in the world*. Nursing care work is in high demand in Japan, and it is a job that will never disappear.
In addition, if you obtain the nursing care qualification “practitioner training” and pass the nursing care worker certification after continuing to work in nursing care for 3 years, you will be able to change your residence status from specified skilled worker visa to care worker visa.

You can start working even if you have no qualifications & no experience. Acquire qualifications while working by taking advantage of our in-house system that supports the acquisition of qualifications.

We have introduced a system that allows caregivers to easily write a care record using a smartphone or tablet device. The system has been well received by staff members who are not fluent in Japanese, as they do not need to “write” and only need to “select” or “input(voice input)” the most appropriate items.

介護の仕事とは？
This job is to help the residents of a nursing home with their daily lives. For example, preparing meals and washing clothes with the elderly. It is also our job to have fun conversations with our residents.
ご入居者の日常生活をお手伝いする仕事です。例えば、高齢者と一緒に食事の準備をしたり、服を洗濯したり。ご入居者と一緒に楽しく会話することも私たちの仕事の一つです。

At first, I found it difficult to communicate in Japanese. However, my efforts to study Japanese every day have paid off, and lately I’ve been able to enjoy conversations in Japanese, and I’m having fun every day, I recently became to enjoy conversation in Japanese I feel very happy with it. My current goal is to pass the Certified Care Worker exam and obtain a work visa that will allow me to work in Japan forever.

There are few nursing facilities in Myanmar. Taking care of grandparents at home is a common care in Myanmar. Therefore, being able to experience a caregiver work in Japan is very valuable to me. We often learn about old Japanese life and culture from the residents in the nursing facilities. It’s fun because I can learn things that I can’t learn at school.

働き始めたばかりの頃は、日本語でコミュニケーションを取ることが難しいと感じていました。しかし、日本語の勉強を毎日続けた結果、最近は日本語での会話を楽しめるようになってきて、毎日楽しいです。介護福祉士に合格して、ずっと日本で働ける就労ビザを取得することが現在の私の目標です。

ミャンマーには介護施設がほとんどありません。自宅で祖父母のお世話をするのがミャンマーの一般的な介護です。そのため日本で介護の仕事を経験できることは、私にとってとても価値があることです。介護施設のご利用者から昔の日本の暮らしや文化を教わることもよくあります。学校では学べないことも知れるので楽しいです。
